Returns

If a product which is sold on Mypersory.com (not sold by an Independent Seller on Mypersory.com) is returned within 30 days after the purchase date you will receive the exact amount of the purchase price on www.mypersory.com as long as the product has not been used and is not damaged.  This only applies to products purchased from the Traditional Bookstore or in the High Street of the General Store. No returns are accepted after 30 days. There are no refunds or returns for persories or eBooks.  It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any shipping costs when returning a product to us which is sold by Mypersory.com.  For returning non-used, non-defective/non-damaged products purchased from the High Street, the customer will also be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Products in the Marketplace of the General Store on Mypersory.com are sold by Independent Sellers. For products which are sold by Independent Sellers on Mypersory.com, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any shipping costs when returning the non-used, non-defective/non-damaged product to the Independent Seller.  Such products sold by Independent Sellers must be returned directly to the Independent Seller and not to Mypersory.com.   

Independent Sellers must adhere to the Return Policy specified in the Independent Sellers Agreement (ISA) regarding their products which are sold on Mypersory.com.  For more information regarding products sold by Independent Sellers on Mypersory.com please see the Independent Sellers Agreement.
